New start....Health &amp; Happiness is the goal! </title><description>&lt;p&gt;So I cant even remeber the last time I posted anything&amp;#8230;.not good! &lt;br/&gt;
Time to get back into it!! &lt;br/&gt;
Starting a new health and fitness regime of my own tomorrow so will keep posting updates and any great recipes I create!&lt;br/&gt;
Can&amp;#8217;t wait to start posting regularly again&amp;#8230;.will get me focused!! &lt;br/&gt;
Gonna train hard and eat so well 90% of the time&amp;#8230;..everyone needs a few cheeky treats!! &lt;br/&gt;
Luckily enough I already train at an amazing gym Twenty Two Training in Kensington so am sure they will whip me into shape in no time!  So thats the main part of my exercise sorted but want to try a fww of the new exciting things that are opening in London&amp;#8230;.starting with Barry&amp;#8217;s Bootcamp which I am going to on Sunday, I am excited and nervous!! &lt;br/&gt;
Been doing a lot more yoga too as it was my new year resolution. &amp;#8230;so good for centuring, focusing &amp;amp; grounding me! New love for it!! They have some great classes at Triyoga.&lt;br/&gt;
I am trying this new approach as have been in a bit of a dark place lately and needed something positive to focus on&amp;#8230;.so health and starting to feel good about my body is that focus. I just would love to one day be completely comfortable in my own skin&amp;#8230;.this is gonna be my first step to hopefully reaching this goal!&lt;br/&gt;

&lt;p&gt;These are vegan, wheat &amp;amp; gluten free&amp;#8230;..oh and did I mention HEALTHY!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Makes 8 - roughly 80kcal&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1 cup unsweetened applesauce&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1&amp;#160;1/4 tsp liquid Stevia&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1 tsp vanilla&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1/4 tsp almond extract&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-3/4 cup oat flour&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1/3 cup cocoa (I use Valrhona 100%)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1 pack (35g) Beyond Dark Chocolate Chips or 1/4 cup semisweet vegan choc chips&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-1 dash cinnamon&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use non stick spray on regular sized nonstick muffin tin.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Combine and mix all ingredients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Using a small (3oz) ice cream scoop, evenly scoop the mixture into the muffin tins.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bake from 20 mins-1 hr, rotating halfway through. (Mine normally take about 22-24 minutes).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Place toothpick in the centre, if it comes out clean then they are done!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Allow to cool fully, (or test a cheeky one whilst they are still warm as they are all going and the chocolate is still runny!!) and then pop them out of the tin!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They should keep for 3-4 days in an airtight container.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My favourite would be the SkinnyGirl chocolate brownie muffins that i slightly adapted to be sugar free!!  I think I will need to post this recipe as I am slightly addicted to them and feel i need others to share in this!! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will post the recipe later today along with some pics as am going to bake a new batch!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;At the moment I am in love with my juicer that i bought!!  It is super cute and was SUPER CHEAP, (less than £15 which always makes it better!) and REALLY GOOD!!  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So this means that i have been having some great vegetable juices for breakfast!!  Today was Cucumber, Spinach, Broccoli, Green Pepper, Celery, Lemon and Ginger.  Was so good.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But I need to come up with a few variations, before I get too bored of this one!!  Ideas are very welcome&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230;and much needed!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So it is Easter coming up, what will you all be making or baking???????&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Preheat a fan-forced oven to 160° Celsius/325° Fahrenheit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Place the chestnut flour, almond meal, cocoa powder, orange rind, coconut oil, honey and egg yolk in a bowl and combine well. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Roll out the biscuit dough onto a sheet of baking paper, place another sheet of baking paper on the top of the dough to prevent sticking. Roll the dough until 5mm thick. Use a cookie-cutter to cut shapes from the dough, re-roll when necessary. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Place the cut biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are slightly &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;golden. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am trying to loose weight so shouldn&amp;#8217;t really be eating fruit, also don&amp;#8217;t eat dairy or wheat!!  &lt;/p&gt;
